General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Many organisations use and exchange personal data. Since 25 May 2018, the main regulations concerning the processing of personal data in the Netherlands have been set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This regulation also applies to Esprit’s schools and focuses on the legal processing of personal data.
Privacy statements
Esprit Schools takes privacy very seriously and will process, utilise and protect personal data securely. This forms part of our day-to-day work. The privacy statements explain what data we process and for what purpose. The statements also describe the rights of data subjects in relation to the processing of such personal data.
